How do I get started with BastionVPN?

Open a subscription in the cabinet and paste the key link you receive into the app. Connection takes one tap: press “Connect.”

Which devices does BastionVPN support?

Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and a browser extension. One account works across all platforms at the same time, so no extra purchases are needed.

How many devices can I connect at the same time?

Up to 10 devices per account. That is enough for a phone, laptop, and tablet for the whole family with no extra charge.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bank cards, cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, TON), and Telegram payments. Your payment receipt is sent to email automatically.

How do I renew or cancel my subscription?

In the cabinet → “Manage subscription.” Renewal takes one click. Cancellation only turns off auto-renewal, while access stays active until the end of the paid period.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Within 14 days of payment we will refund you with no unnecessary questions. Start the refund in the cabinet or contact support.

What happens when my subscription ends?

Access to servers will pause, but your account and settings stay intact. As soon as you renew, everything continues from the same place.

The VPN does not connect. What should I do?

Check your internet without the VPN, switch the server or protocol in settings, then reinstall the app. If that does not help, write to support and we will investigate in a few minutes.

The connection is slow. How can I speed it up?

Choose the nearest server, try switching to Shadowsocks, and close extra downloads. In most cases Bastion speed is close to your ISP speed.

A website or service still does not open. What now?

Try another connection country and clear your browser cache. Some services detect your region by account settings, not only by IP address.

Do you keep logs of my activity?

No. We do not store browsing history, DNS requests, or assigned IPs. There is nothing to retain and nothing to hand over on request.

What encryption do you use?

AES-256 with modern VLESS and Shadowsocks protocols. It is the same security class used by banking applications.

Can my ISP see that I use a VPN?

Your ISP only sees encrypted traffic going to our server, without the contents, websites, or apps inside it. It cannot see exactly where you go online.

How do I invite a friend and get a bonus?

In the cabinet → “Invite a friend” → More → Referral program, copy your link. For each friend who buys a subscription, you receive a reward in money or bonus months.

When is the reward credited?

Right after the invited user makes their first payment. Money becomes available for withdrawal from 5,000 RUB, and bonus months are added to the subscription automatically.
